I think it is this Kuhn Rikon non-stick coated steel blade model,
which seems to be on closeout because it's not on their website.

I saw them at TJMAX so I'd assume it's a closeout.

No. Ceramic is ceramic, IMO. This is inox with a non stick coating

Yeah they are a bit different. I don't know anything about them but
they look cool.

It's a very pretty knife. The reason I won't buy one is that I think
it's going to look not so pretty after a short while. That's what I
think anyway. I don't know if that's really true.

Nice! It looks like a Kuhn Rikkon but they usually have the name on
the blade. I have a few paring knives like that. Be careful, if you
hold to close to the blade you will cut your index finger. The edge
next to the handle (the bolster?) is very sharp. (Don't ask me how I
know that.)

I think it is a steel blade and I've seen them on sale not too
expensively (I have seen the name somewhere) but the ceramic blades stay
fairly clean too. I got a 3-inch and a 6-inch ceramic knife as a set for
just over $20 and they've replaced a large part of my collection of good
steel blades for the last three month.
