Default Raspberry vodka lemonade drink

Water, vodka, fresh squeezed lemon juice, raspberry ketone and pure
sucralose.
http://www.amazon.com/Raspberry-Keto...dp/B007741UDI/
Forget about the appetite suppressant claim, this stuff, when
dissolved in alcohol, gives off a nice raspberry essence.

Now you may proceed to calling me names.

Yep, and that's exactly what I meant. But don't try telling Bryan
anything, for he already KNOWS EVERYTHING! Just ask him, he'll tell
ya! Bryan knows more than degreed medical professionals because he has
the INTERNET! And GOOGLE!

Ethanol has calories, and moderate amounts can contribute to health.
How could anything that has those two properties be called "non-
nutritive"?

Let's play Jeopardy!

Alex: "The answer is, "medical professional."
Bryan: "What is what John Kuthe could be right now if he'd learned to
shut up on the internet?"
Alex: "Correct."

Something I didn't know until yesterday: raspberry flavoring comes out
of a beaver's butt. Castoreum, specifically.

The castoreum used as a flavorant or aroma chemical is made
synthetically, and was never in a beaver's butt. The compound I used
is also artificially synthesized:

But correct is correct!

And you never addressed the 6Kcal/gm of all the ETHANOL you are
consuming! Why are you poisoning your liver like that? With all the
health consciousness of your old age you are blathering, you never
address the big metabolic ossues, like ethanol puts weight on you only
slightly less quickly than fats, and it's patently toxic!

Dietary calories are really kilocalories in the scientific SI sense of
calories. So I Always refer to dietary calories as "Kcal", which they
are.

He has a show business job thanks to Oprah. But he is not recognized
among medical professionals as one of the best sources of health
information. Not that he's always incorrect, but he is like dietary
supplements. They probably will not harm you but they won't help you
substantially either!

They mentioned banana flavoring on a 60 Minutes segment. [and,
BTW- that both can be called 'natural flavors']

Is there a list someplace?

I synthesized peppermint flavor in Chemistry class in high school.
It's not hard. It's a simple ester.

Which one of us drinks straight liquor? I haven't drunk anything
stronger than12-15% in well over 12 years.

Which health issues are those? Plasma lipids are important at any
age.

I must be doing something right. I lost over 25 pounds of fat in a
few months, and I haven't given up ethanol, and have greatly increased
my % of calories from fat.

Ethanol itself does nothing for health. Any health benefits may be
derived from some other properties of a given beverage, such as the
supposed antioxidant properties of red wines. So that in itself does not
add up to a nutritional benefit for ethanol.

Consumption of ethanol also leads to an eventual wasting effect on the
body, and causes interference with the body's ability to use other
nutrients and with fat metabolism. So this too cannot be interpreted as
providing nutrition.

That is bullshit. You're just blowing out your ass.

"Conclusions Low levels of alcohol intake (1-2 drinks per day for
women and 2-4 drinks per day for men) are inversely associated with
total mortality in both men and women. Our findings, while confirming
the hazards of excess drinking, indicate potential windows of alcohol
intake that may confer a net beneficial effect of moderate drinking,
at least in terms of survival."

Why don't you go drink some of that 90 proof whisky you like so much,
and try to forget what a mess you've made of your life by ill advised
words you have put onto the internet.
I think I'll go with the review article from the Archives of Internal

Which one of us drinks MORE liquor? You've always drank me 2 or more
to my 1 in beers.

Liquor consumption, especially heavy and frequent liquor consumption,
destroys hepatic (liver) tissue, irritates the GI tract leading to all
sorts of GI problems, etc. Not to mention making one forgetful, celf
cenrtered and inconsiderate. Like the time recently where you called
me (or I you, I don't remember) and we agreed to get together the next
day, and you completely forgot because you were drunk when we made the
agreement.

Sheldon calls you queer and you tell him, "Sorry." Maybe you'd like
to give him a rimjob too.

I don't care what Sheldon calls me when it's so glaringly NOT true.

Most of the people prefer alcohol without any essence in it. It spoils the original taste of alcohol.
