I am not a breakfast person, but the doc says I have to. I do like
Greek yoghurt, so I am now having a cup on most mornings with either
fresh apple slices to dip into it, or with granola bits mixed in.
Discovered a great "away-with" for the crumbles always at the bottom
of my own multi-ingredient granola makings.

Instead of just pouring them into my mouth to be done with a tubba, I
now save the crumbles in a dedicated container for sprinkling fresh
atop my yoghurt. Simple treat for breakfast that probably most people
here already do, and I like it very much. 'Twill also be a good add-
in for the big tubs of plain Greek, which I can buy local, instead of
having to wait for a Trader Joes trip that can only come about three
or four times a year.

It could be on Animal Planet too. Especially if they do a show about
making your own rat-bait.

No, doubled. There is no reason to buy a package of grahams that I
would use in no other way, but finding a better use for my granola
dregs is quite good enough. Though if ever do buy grahams for
another purpose, I may give your suggestion a try.

I'm not understanding the 'not a breakfast person'. There are just so many
wonderful breakfast foods. Maybe it's because I've retired from a place
where breakfast just may have been the only meal I'd have time for. Polly
