Marinated flank steak. This is about as close to Asian cooking as I get.
Teriyaki sauce with garlic, onion, lemon juice. I was planning to grill the
flank steak but the weather won't make up its mind. One minute it's
raining, the next it's not. Thank goodness I have a broiler. Med-rare,
sliced thinly across the grain.

I haven't decided what to serve with it yet.

Rice pilaf w/Penzeys maharajah curry powder... simple, quick,
delicious.

My sides for that are pretty standard: rice and a green vegetable.
<shrug> Your marinade sounds good.

I wasn't in the mood for rice. I do cook rice frequently (although not
curry). I wound up making buttered egg noodles and fordhook limas as the
sides.
