You mentioned raspberry ketone supplement and I saw an old Dr Oz show
about it and bought some. Assuming I'm one of those who might show a
benefit from this, how long did it take you to see one? I just had
another epidural shot in my spine today so hope to have some relief soon
in order to add some workouts to boost it. The epidural was killer
today, nothing like the first one. Hurt like f'n heck.

What "benefit" is raspberry (or any other flavor) ketone supposed to
imbue?

Sounds like another fancy part of the billion$ specious supplement
business to me!

Impart, not imbue.

It's impossible to tell what benefits I'm getting from what because
pretty much everything happened at one time. I threw everything buy
the kitchen sink at my weight problem. You might want to try adding
some MCT oil, and see if you tolerate it GI-wise. I have no problems
with it, but my nephew gets cramps. That stuff lights me on fire. It
seems to be, like capsaicin, something you work up a tolerance to,
intestines-wise.

Be careful with the workouts. I got a little too intense with the
crunches and back extensions, and ended up with about 10 days of back
pain that only recently subsided. My boss and coworker both swear by
using inversion therapy.

Why don't you just die, faggot? Everybody here hates you. Even your

I was hoping "raspberry ketone supplement" was for pain management,
but I guess not.

It's the placebo effect. If you believe it will work, it will work.

I don't hate him. I just wasn't going to take shit from him without
retaliating. Now I just ignore him.

Are you trying to learn him the difference between impart and

It's certainly possible as the studies were only on mice so far, but
there is plenty of anecdotal evidence of fat burning properties.
Figured it was worth a try. The only thing in it I can see that might
have any side effects would be the caffeine they add.

I'm not knocking it, Cheryl. What works, works.

I don't understand him. He's clearly despised in general. Can't hold a
job. Hated by his ex-wife and son. Yet he continues to mince, mince,
mince through life. Act like a normal person, Kuthe. Even if your
career is ruined (you're welcome) it will improve your life.

You bought a product with other ingredients? Next time you should buy
the pure stuff and cap it up yourself with 00 or 000 gel caps. You
can get it on Amazon. Caffeine is good anyway though.

It came from Amazon. I couldn't find any that was just RK. I'll have to
look.

I put a tiny bit into my mixed drink. It's funny. The stuff has
almost no odor or taste, but if you put 1/8 t into 2 shots of vodka,
you can make two tall drinks that are noticeably raspberry flavored.
I've been making a salve for massaging onto my wife's nearly hairless
head, and she's sprouted hair far sooner than was expected. I gave
some to a woman who has a daughter with alopecia today.

I'm glad it's helping her hair. As for the raspberry taste, I softly
belch raspberry for a little while after ingesting the capsule. Not
unpleasant. I've had to stop all supplements for a while because I was
feeling like shit and didn't know what was causing it so went to a very
basic diet of liquids and a whole lot of water. I'll try it again this
week.
