"Zz Yzx" rhymes with "physics"; or " Isaacs" if you prefer.

I've never made pomegranate sauce (not a big enough pomegranate fan),
but googling - I see it's not complicated. What do you have that you
want to begin with - pomegranate juice in a bottle, pomegranate
seeds.... ?

IDAGS too, but I trust this group for recommendations and
tried-and-true recipes.

I'll start with pomegranate juice.

Look for pomegranate syrup/molassas (NOT grenadine) or make yer own:

If you have a Middle Eastern community with food stores, they should
have either. Then google for pomegranate-walnut sauce, a std
traditional sauce in many ME cuisines.

I once had a sorta pom/walnut chutney with lamb. It was awesome.
Musta been hard to come by or make, cuz the resto would not bring me
more, no matter how much I pleaded. Weird.
