Chili Mango

This is a new discovery for me -- dried mango slices with salt, citric
acid, and cayenne peppers. I got them at Dollar Tree. I can tell
these are going to be a new craving. They are chewy, sweet, salty,
sour, and spicy.

I don't see why not. I bet pineapple would be delicious with the
same treatment.

The cayenne is ground.

Probably not worth it... dried mango slices are dirt cheap at hispanic
markets. They have dried papaya too, and several other dehy tropical
fruits. They also sell fresh frozen tropical fruits, and tropical
fruit nectar... when I was into smoothies I would buy tons of that
stuff.
