Default Recipes for day-old coffee

I forgot to drink my coffee. It's been sitting around for a few hours.

Maybe I should use it to make some granita?

Please rephrase your question in the form of a question. Oh, and stop
getting high in the morning.

I usually dump mine over ice cubes, add a splash of milk --> iced
coffee with lunch. I don't need no stinkin' recipes. : ))

Freeze it in ice cube trays and use in place of ice for your iced
coffee drinks. Won't water the flavor down.

Very tasty, but that would be in my tummy in less than a minute.

Sounds like a great recipe for ice coffee.

It's too good to call it ice coffee though.

no one puts whiskey in theirs? That warms it up.

That would be Irish cream.

I use left-over coffee to make red-eye gravy to go on cheese grits and
biscuits. No recipe, just pour a little in the skillet where you're warming
some slices of pre-cooked ham. Polly

+1 - we used to make a full 10 cups every morning then use the leftovers
for ice coffee later in the day. Works fine w/o the milk, can be
sweetened or not, etc.

Redeye gravy is good on ham. I've had it a few times but never made it. I
think officially you need to add a few more ingredients? But whatever works
is fine.
