Default Week 3 pizza - White brocolli pizza

I made my white one yesterday. You EVOO people would probably like it but I
forgot how much I DON'T like EVOO. ;o I'll use it on rare occasions but
not often at all. It didn't smell so good when cooking but it does taste ok.

I rarely use EVOO but this recipe idea called for using it exclusively.
Next time, I'll substitute canola oil for that nasty EVOO and I'll like it
even better.

I made the traditional Betty Crocker pizza crust. Then I brushed some
garlic infused olive oil over it. Added a layer of mozzarella cheese, then
topped it with slices from one large onion. Then added some fresh brocolli
which I had coated with olive oil but not pre-cooked. Added some extra
garlic powder, some dried chopped onion, and some "green can" parmesan.
Finally tons of mozzarella cheese on top of that.

I used more cheese than normal but I'm glad I did. I think that saved this
for me. The fresh broccoli was perfectly cooked in the oven...still a bit
of crunch.
