I am especially interested to see that sauce. I kluged together a
cherry rosemary sauce a few months ago, and it was pretty tasty.
Even my daughter approved of it. I hope I wrote down what I did.

I pitted some cherries and cooked them with onions, butter, and rosemary
sprigs. I removed the rosemary after about 10 minutes since it had
already flavored the sauce as much as I wanted. The sauce was put into a
blender but needed a bit more liquid, so I added some unsweetened almond
milk.

Both versions sound great - are cherries are in season now? I haven't
even seen a hint yet.

These cherries had come from Lodi. They're just coming into season now.

Hey Bob,
How about the recipe for the cherry sauce?
Thanks,
Kate

Cherry Sauce????? Ohhh! Is it with liqueur or fruits? I have never
made a cherry sauce with fruits.
Cheers
