Default Breakfast today

Was late, as usual.... but consisted of two (small) reheated garlic chicken
balls (kievs) and a coffee mug of instant creamy vanilla and blueberry
oats.

Sorta like breakfast and lunch together :-)

I guess he sees all the pity that Andy gets with his breakfast posts,
so Peter's going to try that avenue now.

Progress?

I ate a Healthy Tiffin, which consisted of some kind of dal (I am
gearing up to make a bucket of dal--maybe dal makhani), saag
paneer, and turmeric rice. I figure if I make the dal, it'll be a
snap to put such meals together.
