Well, to offset the disgusting flavour of the Hershey Bars, I also got some
Oreo Cookies/biscuits. I actually don't mind them. Light, not overly sweet, and the white cream inside isn't overpowering. Haven't dipped any in milk as yet, but might give it a whirl sometime. I bought 5 boxes, with two stay-fresh-packs per box..... and gave one of SFP's out to each of the people yesterday, along with the Hershey bars. -- Peter Tasmania Australia |

I don't even do that to our cream biscuits, so I'll have to make a special effort :-) To me, it's akin to getting a sandwich and pulling it apart to eat it. Is it supposed to enhance the flavour? -- Peter Tasmania Australia |

Now that I can't bite the corners off and use it as a 'straw' to suck up some Rutherglen Muscat, Tim Tams are virtually useless to me!! ;-) -- Peter Tasmania Australia |

For some, it enhances the fun. Because the filling has a different flavor, some enjoy scraping it with their teeth first. Then you have the richer cookie to eat plain or dunk in milk. Personally, I preferred the Sunshine Hydrox, which Nabisco bought out and shut down, but now occasionally releases as a special short run product. jt |

I got the urge to guy some fig newtons today. Greg |

You can always buy some chocolate wafers, and frosting, and make your own. You could control the ratio of frosting to cookie. W. Pooh (AKA Winnie P.) |

I was probably the only kid who would open Oreos, scrape off the frosting and eat only the chocolate cookies... one of the piggy girls would beg for my white stuff. |

It depends on the type of Oreo for me. There's so many varieties of oreos, and they've changed over the years. W. Pooh (AKA Winnie P.) |

I only know the original. I don't encounter oreos often (mostly in crossword puzzles), they are not one of my favorites. I like chocolate snaps better but mostly I prefer ginger snaps, fig newtons, and of course mallowmars. I'm not big on cookies, at least not packaged cookies. If I had to choose a favorite it would be those sesame seed cookies from a good Italian bakery. |

But the quality has since gone downhill. W. Pooh (AKA Winnie P.) |
