But tastes a lot better, or so it seems by the reactions I've seen to
the free samples of Belvita, and yes, I had a little nibble as well.

The idea that these are a breakfast item, rather than just an
unusually good tasting cookie is laughable. They seem more suitable
for sticking into the side of a scoop of ice cream in a bowl.

And they have been "...scientifically proven to slowly release
carbohydrates over 4 hours to keep you going all morning."

Woo hoo! I'd love to see the research study, rather than a pleasantly
designed graphic to speciously present the claimed result!

I don't believe their bullshit either, but they're damned good tasting
cookies. Johnny doesn't like the apple cinnamon ones much, so I'll
probably end up giving some/most of those to neighbors. Their
bullshit marketing is typical of what one would expect from industrial
cookie companies, but the ingredients are far better than what one
would expect from Nabisco. They're not--as I said--a healthful
breakfast item, but they are far better than most other carby snacks,
both nutritionally, and taste-wise.
