Default Stuffed Pennoni

I don't usually make stuffed pasta but this turned out so good I'm
sure I'll make it again soon.

I stuffed the pennoni with a simple mixture of ground beef, Italian
sausage, onion and garlic. Then, mixed in some ricotta cheese that a
beaten egg was added to.
I made a simple marinara sauce and smothered the stuffed pasta with
it, baked until hot and bubbly. Dang, was it ever good.

Photos and ingredients are on my blog if you are interested.
