Default Back ribs in cryovac @ $2.98 per pound

I'm getting a pack tomorrow. They all contain 2 racks of ribs, and
cost around $14.00 Cdn.
When I make them, I'm going to do them in the oven, @ 300F. No lid on
the roasting pan. I've tried doing them @ 225F, but I find it takes
too long.
