Default Radish tops?

Does anyone here eat radish greens? I put in some radishes this
year just to try, they are fun to grow. Once I pull them from the
ground, the greens look like they'd be tasty.

Just curious what you do with them, if anything.

They are. They have that nice peppery taste same as a radish.

Eat them as a component of a salad.

I grow radishes in the spring. Just add the greens into your favorite leafy
salad as an extra ingredient

I like the idea of cooking them in something, like an omelette
or something.

Thanks. nancy

Okay, I cut the greens off the radishes and washed them.

Apparently I need to wash them more, as they were a teeny bit
gritty. They do have a radishy, yet grassy flavor and this
variety has a rather spiny texture. Interesting.

I'm not much of a sprout person, I imagine they're good.
And good for you.

I'm not either when it comes to your typical sprouts. But I loved these,
lentils and garbanzo beans. Sprouting is a pain though unless you have a
lot of people who will eat them. I did not.
