Benriner sells a regular and a super. I was thinking the regular, but here's a super for $49.99: http://www.cutleryandmore.com/benrin...FaEJRQodyRss1A |

Any specific one? If there is a local Asian stores nearby, check to see if they stock the Benriner mandolines. IIRC, the 'regular' one was about US$20 or so. It's not often the Benriner in my home gets used, but it's fantastic to have. I think I'd rather have the 'large' (super?) Benriner, but that wasn't an option at the local Asian store in my area. We're getting ready to move south, and a lot of kitchen items have to go
in the name of downsizing. (Only to an RFC name I recognize): If you want a Bron, *very* lightly used, for $50 + shipping, let me know. -- Larry |

Don't buy a used one. The blades give out. Kent |
