Oh sure, but we're speaking of cookies. Can't say I have experimented with LC cookies at all. But sure, perhaps this would be just as good in a cake or muffin form. -- Jean B. |

There was a tray of galangal snaps in the freezer ready to thaw and bake. I ate the last of that batch today. |
