From the looks of it I bet it was good... do you have a dog... if not
toss it into your yard for the crows.

Good suggestion, Sheldon. My neighbors on either side each have
little dogs, ones that are not much more than ankle-high, and they
each are afraid their dogs will choke on steak bones. I have a bag in
the freezer marked for a friend's dog cross-town and I put most all
table scraps or food prep trimmings in it for that dog's family to
stop by often just to see if it's Coi-Bag time yet. BiterBob gets no
bones or table scraps at all, as he's quite the fussy eater and
prefers his "scraps" be live ones that make the mistake of getting
into his tree tunnel for catching!
