If he had to come here to have that figured out for him, them the
reason why he doesn't have a job isn't because of Bush. Also, the fact
he only manages to collect enough cans for a loaf of bread shows he's
far more lazy than resourceful.

LOL not to mention that tinned dogfood is much more expensive than real
food anyway.
As far as the cans go, that could depend. We have many recycling
stations here and there really aren't a lot of cans in the street.
Everyone else is picking them up
