Default Salad Cream

So far as I know salad cream is a commercial product, most
commonly found in the British Isles, and I have never heard of
anyone making it at home. Probably, no attempt at a home-made
salad cream could come out as utterly bad as the store-bought
product is expected to be, so why bother.

To those of us in North America, it resembles a slightly less
thick Miracle Whip.

Truly atrocoius stuff.
