With boned "arista" being the cut of choice. Arista translates as "saddle of

Of course it is, but our Pandy has no ability whatsoever to make food
look appetizing... every dish she features looks like shit... it may
be tasty but it's tasty shit. Even when I dump a can of Fancy Feast
in a bowl it looks much more appetizing than Pandy's puke. In fact I
recently bought a case of Fancy Feast Elegant Medleys, the Yellowfin
Tuna Florentine with garden greens, in a delicate sauce looks so
appetizing that except for the fishy aroma I'd want to eat it...
definitely looks leagues more appetizing than anything Pandy has ever
featured here.
