I bought Inglehoffer's deli mustard.
There are whole mustard seeds in the mustard! I'm loving this stuff. It's like mustard caviar! http://www.amazon.com/Inglehoffer-Mu.../dp/B0019ZE1SW W. Pooh (AKA Winnie P.) |

You can easily make this yourself, and better, and for a whole lot less money... you're mostly paying for jars... just use the crushed mustard seeds and half ground mustard seeds, water, a tiny bit of vinegar or omit it, a tiny bit of sugar or omit it, and prepared horseradish to taste (will already contain sufficient salt), omit everything else, especially all that chemo-crap. |

Cool recipe. I think I'd need the sugar and vinegar though. Straight mustard is way too hot for Pooh. W. Pooh (AKA Winnie P.) |

I draw the line at horseradish. Actually my mustard was pretty cheap. I bought it from a homeless guy. All he wanted was for me to sing the alphabet, which I did eagerly. W. Pooh (AKA Winnie P.) |

And that is one hell of a lot of chemo-crap, isn't it. pavane |

This is true but prepared horseradish is relatively inexpensive, available everywehre, and one doesn't need much for adding to mustard, for the small amount needed it's a lot easier to buy, and buying a horseradish root will cancel any savings anyway. Next some putz will say to grow ones own mustard seeds, and mine ones salt. |
