Default toaster

I was kinda not liking the new one, but accidentally noticed one day you can
push the lever up and the toast or muffins then pop up an inch. Before
that, burnt ouchie fingers grabbing the toast quick... Now, all is good.

I usually get the traditional english muffins, but on a whim got sourdough
last week... 10 more calories, but worth it!

My ex liked sushi toast, but I like it medium to dark brown. A little burnt
is ok. As long as not my finger.

Those of us who either haven't figured it out yet or don't have a
toaster that does it use bamboo "toast tongs".
