That's part of my nursing notes. It's the theraputic range of lithium,
0.6(0.8) - 1.2mmol/L. Very narrow theraputic range, which is why
lithium is not more widely used anymore. Too hard to maintain a
theraputic level.

I don't believe in using kill files. I am my own censor, thank you
very much!

In that case, you need to fire yourself because you're not doing a
very good job.

Congrats on the job. My wife works at a psych hospital. I like to say
that she spends her days taking care of people with mental illness and
at night, she goes to her job at the State Hospital. :-)

Oh! You flatter so, Johny! So what's the going rate for a PRN home visit nurse in your area? Just curious.

You're welcome. My wife works in the forensics unit of the state
hospital. This means she's with people that have committed the most
awful and heinous crimes that you could ever possibly imagine - and
that's just her co-workers...

You are on a roll, today. lol

Becca

Oatmeal Bars

2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
1 cup milk
1 ripe banana, mashed
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup sugar or Splenda
2 eggs or 1/2 cup eggbeaters
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 325. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with baking spray. Combine
all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until well mixed. Pour the
batter in the baking dish and bake for roughly 45 minutes. Allow to cool
completely and cut into 8 equal pieces.

By the way, you've already said you're working "as an RN" in home health care, "seven days a week" and that you "have a shift coming up". None of that adds up to informatics consulting. And it doesn't add up to a lot of money.. It does add up to you being a ****ing liar as usual. And your "vast computer background"? You were a help desk drone and you even washed out of that.. Why don't you post another picture of the wine and chocolate you've bought. Cause that certainly doesn't indicate that you're desperate to prove that you're "good enough and smart enough and, dog gone it, people like you". You're a creepy little old man who can't even keep a janitor as a friend, because he's at least a genuine person.

That sounds like a great fit for you, and John, I really am happy that
you've gotten a job that uses your talents. I wish you success, and
hope that you excel. We've had more than one personal falling out in
the years we've known each other, and I think that we will probably
always have a mutual dislike for each other, but I'm glad that you
have found your niche in the economy. I'd like to see everyone who
wants to have a job, have a job. That is one point that I'm confident
you will agree upon.

He didn't keep this janitor as a friend because of failed personal
dynamics. You should, IMO, be glad that any of your fellow Americans
is employed, whether or not you like the person. Every American job
raises up every other American worker. Thank you for calling me "a
genuine person," but one of the things that I feel makes me "genuine"
is that I can empathize with the long term unemployed, in spite of the
fact that I have never found myself in that position. I suggest that
you should value our economy higher than your dislike of any
individual.

Yes I did Bryan. Because of YOUR personal failed dynamics. You have no
limits because you don't care one iota about (m)any except for
yourself. Think about it, how many interpersonal relationships have
you damaged or lost with others because of your "anything goes"
attitude? There are some things that just should not be said or done
to others, a truth you don't seem to realize or practice.
