Are pita chips more crispy than tortilla chips and potato chips?

Depends on how fresh they are. How thick they are. If you made them or if
you bought them. I find that the fresh homemade ones are nicely crisp. But
the ones in the bag can be tough.

I got some thick ones. They were really crispy. Wow. Good stuff.

You can make them yourself (and reduce the fat greatly) by using a
toaster. It might take a little experimentation but it's worthwhile.

Just toasted, they're pretty dry. Better to spritz them with olive
oil. That also helps the seasoning adhere if you're using any.

Yeah, I was reading some pita bread recipes. It's amazing all the things you
can make with pita bread. Some people even make hats..
