My chicken guy messaged me through Facebook. He wrote, "we got just wing tips. and we got them just for you. let me see what me schedule looks like next week, this week is really busy to get together. I have them packaged in 2-3 lb bags, and I have several of them for you."
Last time, I fried them up crispy, then applied San J brand tamari and heated them to dry on the tamari. Perhaps I'll also add just a touch of cayenne next time. I could snack on them for hours. Thank you chicken guy for the organic, free range chicken wing tips. --Bryan |

I do not eat the bones, and I wouldn't call it gnarling. Gnarling it what I do with beef bones. When I get done with chewing the edible portion off of the bones, there is barely a trace of meat or skin left. > > I've always just saved them for making stock. > You should trying frying them. The tamari is nice too. > > G. --Bryan |
