Daughter did that last year to her dad. He was not amused. But he didn't
fall for it either. The aroma of the onion tipped him off.

A caramel coated Walla Sweet onion doesn't sound bad at all. I've been known
to eat Sweets like an apple, anyway. :-)

That's just what I was thinking--- I'd even try a vidalia.<g>
[haven't seen a walla walla in years-- tell their marketing department
to send some to NY]
