We will do Early Voting. Here, the Early Voting is counted electronically at the central counting station, but the voting boxes are not opened until election day. It would be a lot of trouble to hand count all of those ballots, almost everyone here votes early. I don't know how the absentee or "vote by mail" ballots are counted. Becca |
