Leaving the kidneys in the chicken before you cook it is gross. Nasty
little **** factories.

What's your reason for not removing them?

A. Laziness/low standards
B. You think it's yummy
C. Where the heck are the kidneys?

If C, then they are along the spine near the back of the bird. Think
chicken leg quarter. That red stuff in the pelvic area, that's
kidney. All it takes is a finger, running water and preferably a
garbage disposal to dispose of the **** factories.
