Default Hmmmmmm, just found a smallgoods factory outlet.

http://www.wursthaus.com.au/

The factory outlet is just up the road, and around the corner from where I
will be at the end of the month, so I might just have to go in and check it
out and grab some 'stuff'.

I've driven past the area quite a few times, but because it's in off the
road, never noticed it.

But because I'm going to be in that area at a local business, I did a
Google Earth looksee.

I'm quite interested to see their bacon smoked with eucalyptus, as it's not
a wood I thought anyone would use for smoking. If it's OK, it's going to be
a bonus as we have several *HUGE* "Tassie Oaks" on our property. (And I'm
talking about 12-18' at the base).

So I might have to start building the smoke house sooner rather than
later!!
