I'm beginning to wonder how many other people SW actively ignores, and has
to tell people about it. They seem to project things from their life on to
some fictional character they made up... Am I the only one (s/he actively
ignores then writes about)? Does he have a thing for me? As I've said, I'm
not terribly interesting, and it's weird how he's taken such a interest...
Should I be flattered or concerned?

Recently, sqwishy decided to reply to some of my posts, and he made
some excuse about slumming or some such. I don't mind being feared,
but hearing that somebody is suddenly ignoring his posting anxiety is
creepy.

Newsgroups disputes are often boring but can also be
entertaining. I'm enjoying this one. That's why I gave the LOL
earlier. From his response it seems Somebody/Richard thinks I'm
taking sides because I laughed at something someone said about him.
Such is not the case. I can laugh either way. If Somebody/Richard
has a good zinger for his detractors, I'll give him an LOL too. If
his detractors have a unique or creative or funny way of verbally
assaulting Somebody/Richard, then I will laugh out loud at that as
well. I want to laugh. Make me laugh or I'll tear your goddamn heads
off.

Why should you get a living wage when you're going to be dead one
day

Which brings me to an idea I came up with years ago - using
condemned death-row prisoners as extras in fatal actions scenes. They
get their choice by category - detective, western, suspense, even
comedy - and they also get paid, the cash going to their next of kin.
There are sub categories. For example, a condemned extra might choose
to die in a western but is then asked if he wants to die in a barroom
brawl, a street gun-fight, an Indian arrow to his chest, or falling
off a cliff on a horse. Using real live humans who are going to die
anyway would add realism to the scenes. If an condemned extra manages
somehow to make it through a death scene alive he is henceforth
considered innocent and set free. He might even become a star in the
movie business, no more of that extra bullshit. People would flock to
see a movie starring the guy who was once condemned to die in a fatal
movie scene but made it out alive because God ordained it.

Listen, Sid - we need a guy to play the role of a no-name drifter
cowpoke who gets beaten to death by a gang of 10 masked men in the
backroom of a bar - do you have any extras you can spare? Thanks
babe, we'll do brunch sometime. Ciao.

So, you must be a certain famous comedian in real life if in fact it
was your idea.
