I am told this ubiquitous Argentine sauce for grilled food is
essentially a pesto made with parsley and oregano. I've seen recipes without oregano but I think it would be necessary. I like it but are there any opinions from Argentines about essential ingredients? -- Jim Silverton (Potomac, MD) Extraneous "not" in Reply To. |
