Thanks for the "effort" Chemo.

But the reason I posted the question here is because I expect this
group to have a "higher standard" than a Google search. You know, a
more advanced knowledge that Martha Stewart's website or other canned
commercial websites.

But, hey, if it works for you, go for it.

Face it...you're just lazy. What if there wasn't this "group"? there's
enough info out there for someone to search for it and just be lazy
and expect someone else to do it for you.

12 to 24 hours. If it is a kosher bird or an injected Butterball,
don't brine it all.

It was brined in the kasheirng process. Note also, you won't be
finding that package of organs in the bird either.

Not sure if I've ever seen/noticed koshered birds, but it probably
explains why I've sometimes gotten one without that package of organs
in it.
