After the sous vide, her opinion was that she preferes the panfried salmon.

Too bad, soo sad.

I'm still buying the sous vide bath :-) It's healthier.

To be a warrior is not a simple matter of wishing to be one.
It is rather and endless struggle
that will go on to the very last moment of our lives.
Nobody is born a warrior,in exactly the same way that
nobody is born an average man.
We have to make ourselves into one or the other.
A warrior must only take care that his spirit is not broken.

The salmon looks wonderful. Who wouldn't want that as Ina would say.

What's that stuff that looks like whipped vegetable shortening under the
salad?

Thanks Cheri.

A very healthy way of cooking, and it seems that even doing tougher cuts of
red meat sous vide, will turn them into melt in the mouth morsels :-)

(Of course, searing the meat quickly on either side after it gets out will
give it that 'grilled' look.)
