Default National Cake Day 11-26-12


I don't usually have the 4 bananas I need for banana bread, but I two
on hand right now and guess what I found?

I am not crazy about banana cakes or breads, but I must say that this
cake does sound good.

A year 'round trick for having the bananas you may need for baking is
to simply put all of the beginning to blacken ones into a designated
banana bag in your freezer. When used, just snip the end off to
squeeze just the well matured flesh into your batter mix.

I'm trying to eat some room into my jam packed freezer, Picky! I made
curry last night. Didn't have a sweet potato, so I substituted banana
squash and it worked out well enough to repeat.
