It reported that the study found that people who have a heart attack but don't take blood pressure medication have an easier time recovering from heart attacks than those who have taken blood pressure medication. As one who believes in on-the-fly adaptation, if you leave blood pressure unchecked, you COULD have a stroke, but you could, at the same time, be strengthening your arteries, veins, vessels and capillaries, making them either less likely to burst, or if they do burst, the damage might not be quite as bad as it would be in a person whose veins are weak due to the lack of "exercise" holding in all that pressure.
