Yeah. They've been around for years. I buy them every once in a while for
my husband if I see them for a really good price. Often after the holidays.
I don't think he has ever eaten the whole thing though. Usually just the
meat and cheese out of them.

I wouldn't know. I don't eat the stuff. I do like the Hormel tamales in a
can although they bear no resemblance whatever to real tamales. And I like
their Roast Beef Au Jus. I think those are about the only two of their
products that I buy. And I don't buy those very often.

My supermarket deli department will make up fresh "whatever you want"
party trays, and aren't ever unwilling to change things around if the
customer wants. I often order trays for occasions when I just don't
want to mess with gathering all the ingredients.

I've had them make party trays in deli section, too, when I don't feel
like making my own. I know I'd never buy one of these Hormel pre-fab
things.
