Try this recipe for roasted squash the next time you make pork. It
was so good I'm jonesing for more and it hasn't been a week since I
made it. I didn't veer too far from the recipe although I did vary
proportions and substituted EVOO for most (but not all) of the butter.

Maybe. I needed vegetables to surround the meat..and I used what I
had. I am very short on funds these days, so unless I have whatever I
need, I am going without. Unless it is very inexpensive, or I
absolutely need whatever it is.

But it does sound good. Maybe one of these days.

I was just trying to tell you to try it with pork.... roasted or pan
fried (but not that breaded stuff).
