I totally agree with you JC. -- Peter Brisbane Australia To be a warrior is not a simple matter of wishing to be one. It is rather and endless struggle that will go on to the very last moment of our lives. Nobody is born a warrior,in exactly the same way that nobody is born an average man. We have to make ourselves into one or the other. A warrior must only take care that his spirit is not broken. |

So what? The only way the NYS shooter could have gotten that rifle is by breaking the law. |

All that gun control is, is laws with penalties attached. If you're planning to take out the local fire dept. before you kill yourself, you might decide you can disobey these other laws. |

Banning them from sane and law abiding people does not mean that nut cases and criminals won't still get their hands on them.... unless they are in jail or in mental hospitals where they belong. |

Which is why it's a mental health issue not a gun control issue. Gun control laws would have had no effect on this situation therefore anyone who reacts by suggesting tighter gun controls is not using reason. They are using ghoul reactions to feed on the dead to push their gun confiscation agendas. As such they are to be opposed at all fronts. The mental heath situation in the US is a travesty and has been since at least as far back as Reagan. |

One of the worst things about mental health is out we're too crazy to make owning and operating a gun as sensible as owning and operating a car. Or cataloging guns themselves to find out where they came from when the turn up at a crime scene. But the law is clear: Everybody has the "liberty" to kill as many people as they like, and then the government has to right to try them for 5 or 6 hundred k and then put them on death row for 5 or 10 million dollars. -- -- Beware the delicate, tiny, very talented celebrity starlets. |

Since you continously post about "bring the _____ war home," you must be a supporter of right to own guns. That war at home wouldn't last long if you take guns away from the honest citizens. Note: I noticed the other day on, I think, an NRA website that about half of USA homes have at least one gun. No comment about that....just what I read. G. |
