Default Chocolate-dipped cookie cravings

Chocolate dipped pizzelles and thin mints (Girl Scout cookies) are
great.(dark chocolate on the pizzelles). Sometimes I like a hunk of
shortbread dipped in chocolate.

But chocolate-dipped graham crackers are nice too. Maybe I'll get some of
those fancy Trader Joe's graham crackers and dip them in chocolate. Maybe
the cinnamon graham crackers.

I like a certain ratio of chocolate to cinnamon, like in Wookie Cookies
(cinnamon chocolate-chip cookies).

What kind of chocolate dipped cookies do you crave?

Good to see you've moved on from Twinkies.

What's all this "maybe" stuff?

Not quite the same, but I could go for what they eat in Barcelona for breakfast - pieces of French bread dipped in bittersweet chocolate - not sure if it was pudding or just melted chocolate. I need to find the right recipe.

I was thinking about that. That's kind of a strange concept for
Americans--chocolate covered bread. But it's actually not so different from
chocolate-frosted donuts.

I can think of a few chocolate dipped cookies, but I don't "crave"
them. Have you ever had a chocolate dipped biscotti? I think
Pepperidge Farms dips one of theirs in chocolate. Have you tried that
one? I don't crave any of them, but I can certainly tell you if I
like them or not. Actually, I can tell you that I like them all.
It's just that there are some I'd eat more of than others before I
stopped eating them.
