I don't think they have a website but their food is excellent! I've
ben there 3 times so far and never disappointed!

OB Cooking: I brought the leftover green curry sauce and tomorrow's
dinner will be chicken breast sautgeed and then chopped and cooked in
the green curry sauce to finish! YUM! I can hardly wait!

And leftovers were EXCELLENT!!! Sauteed the split chicken breast and
just used freshly ground black pepper and cayenne on it, cooked it to
almost done, then took it out and cut into pieces then dumped back in
the skillet, dumped the leftover green Thai cause on them and stirred
and brought to a low simmer, then nuked a bunch of sliced carrots and
added that and stirred a bit, and served over a little leftover white
rice and YUM!!!

Dinner is served!

That sounds very good, John. Did you make the green Thai curry sauce or is
that something you brought home from that restaurant? I would be tempted to
try this if I had some idea of the sauce. If it was from a restaurant, maybe
SW might have an idea of how to make it?

I used the leftover white rice and green curry sauce from Fork and
Stix. I got the Fork and aStix green curry dish with pork and ate all
the pork and major vegetables and took the rice and extra sauce home,
specifically so I could whip up a second meal out of it and it was
delish!

Green chili sauce (there's a red version too) comes premade in jars,
often at the grocery store. If you have a World Market, Trader Joe's
or Whole Foods nearby, you'll find it there. Try various brands until
you find one you like.
