The mention of two-ingredient biscuits caught my eye - I found this

and might give it a try sometime. And since they say you can use
buttermilk, that's going to be the first way I try it. My wife just
picked up buttermilk at the store because I've been regularly making
TJ's refrigerator buttermilk biscuits and wanted to try them from
scratch - this recipe sounds pretty enticing to me because of its
simplicity.
