Ping Herr Kuettner -- Austrian Zucchini dish?
I was thinking about this the other day. Some years ago my wife and I
were in Burgenland, where we stopped at a Gasthaus for lunch. They served Tafelspitz, which was delicious, along with some sort of hot mashed zucchini dish. Is this a common dish that you would recognize? There are plenty of recipes for Tafelspitz, but I have tried to find the zucchini dish without success. |
