Does it count as exercise?
I'm sweating. I walked to the Family Dollar/Pic Pac (about 6 US blocks);
scored some mini Snickers, and 3 bananas and a tomato and some Am cheese. My new favorite meal (for the cold weather) is couple scoops mashed potatoes-- with skins-- some hot salsa, diced mushroom, spinach (if on hand), half a cut up veggie burger. Walking to Family Dollar to get mini Snickers (achieved my goal) counts as exercise, doesn't it? Btw, it was cold and there were some snow flurries... I can't wait till March when it warms up and spring arrives! |

When I was younger, I could do that... but it's gets harder with age. Used to think when I was young (and hungry): "good, I'm losing weght" But now think: "what's in the fridge?" |
