Default Sausage Egg Bake AKA Breakfast Casserole

It's what was for dinner tonight. It was especially good along with
salad and iced tea.

I used eggs, milk, English Cheddar, mushrooms, leftover, cooked
broccoli, breakfast sausages, green onions, stale home-made bread,
salt and pepper and a decent spoonful of Chili Garlic Sauce. It was
terrific. I never make this for breakfast, just put it together for
supper when I have stale bread.

Looks pretty good, Janet. I'd eat that. Especially if you made it.

Looks good! I have made something similar but it was for breakfast. No
chili-garlic sauce and no broccoli. Still, it sounds tasty
