Default Fruit Chaat

I have new craving -- fruit chaat seasoning sprinkled over fresh fruit.
I love the combination of sweet, salty, spicy, bitter, and sour flavors
all in the same bite. I bought a premixed spice blend manufactured by Shan
Foods. The ingredients are salt, red chili, musk melon, ginger,
cinnamon, black pepper, mace, green mango, citric acid, cumin, coriander,
nutmeg, clove, green cardamom, black cumin, and bay leaf. I've tried it
on apples, watermelon, and cantaloupe.

Sounds intriguing; I'll have to look in my usual Indian grocery or
Penzey's.

I don't think Penzey's carries that.
