I spent today baby sitting while DD and her hubby prepared their new
home to move in. We had Mexican food for lunch and just didn't feel
like having a big dinner too, so it's every "man" for himself tonight.

My nod to the '60s is smoked oysters on Club crackers, washed down
with the Ophelia cocktail I posted yesterday (which is basically
glorified lemonade). Yes, it's good!

I usta love/eat smoked oysters and smoked baby clams. Now, ya' gotta
be careful not to buy horrible smkd oystrs from China. They're
labeled under names that sound like Norwegian origin canned goods.
King Olli-something. I tossed a whole tin, they were so nasty.
