I wonder why the other one that cost twice as much said "fermented" on the label (in English) but this one does not? It's a rhetorical question. My understanding is that the "real stuff" is real hot. My wife has some in the deepest, darkest, areas of the refrigerator in an unmarked container but I'm too chicken to give it a go. Brown mystery paste is a scary thing. I'll check out what's available at the Safeway. |
