This par baked bread that I got at Costco comes in a two pack. I am
thinking that the first loaf that I ate had a freak Rosemary accident or something. It had FAR more Rosemary in it than this loaf does. This one is very good. If I buy it again I will look the packages over to make sure that they don't have too much visible herb. |

I know you don't have much variety in your cooking, but for those that do have a slight inclination - here's a recipe I found today for rosemary focaccia. <http://www.thecandidappetite.com/2013/01/10/rosemary-parmesan-focaccia/> -- Food is an important part of a balanced diet. |

That is one bread that is super easy to make. It was one of the few gluten free breads that always came out well. I used it for breadsticks, pizza dough and even sweet type rolls. |

I like to see a pic of the finished product but most of the time I don't need step by step pics. Would have been nice to see one for the Gorditas recipe I made. Because they gave me no indication of how big they should be. So I made really tiny ones. Which I guess is fine. Except that they weren't big enough for much filling. |

Next time you get a loaf with too much rosemary, here's a thought for you. Make a leg of lamb roast (or barbecue), slice the lamb, and place on a slice of your bread. And pour on the gravy. Bet it will be your best bread ever! alan |
